Founded in 1987, the SJCC has provided more than 15,000 “at-risk” disadvantaged, young men and women (mostly minority) with the academic education, hands-on learning, and development of basic skills such as leadership, communication, computer literacy, and employment training needed to enter and succeed in the Silicon Valley skilled workforce.
