Since 1969, Woodleaf Outdoor School has provided week-long residential outdoor school programs for students from Sutter County and surrounding areas. During this time we have served over 200,000 students and thousands of additional high school counselors, teachers, and administrators. Over the years Woodleaf Outdoor School has evolved into a strong curriculum driven program that focuses on serving the whole child and making sure that each individual comes away with an enthusiasm for learning and an understanding that they were cared for and cared about.

As stated in our mission, we utilize the natural environment to inspire in the students we serve an appreciation for nature, an enthusiasm for learning, and a sense of responsibility regarding the environment.
