San Joaquin River Parkway and Conservation Trust

We want to expand our capacity to provide outdoor experiences along the San Joaquin River for youths and their supervising staff members from four Project Parnters, including 30 boys in Valley Teen Ranch, a residential facility for wards of the State; 20 teens from Sanctuary Youth Services, a program for homeless teens; 20 teens from Fresno City Parks and Recreation programs, and 20 teens from Reading and Beyond, an education service organization.  We will take these kids hiking, canoeing, get them involved in service projects and in our leadership programs as part of our summer camps.
