The mission of our Wilderness Program is to expose our children to state wilderness areas, educate them on environmental issues, and empower students/families to become active stewards of their wildlands.  Through their active participation, experience, and empowerment in outdoor environmental activities, this will create a cadre of environmentally aware, active youth whose experience will positively impact them and their community throughout the remainder of their academic career and beyond.
