OneCoolEarth attempts to integrate its five operating principles in every project: restoration, beautification, human utility, economy, and education. 

Literally founded on education, we grow native trees at local schools of every level, elementary to college, providing students with the basic infrastructure and knowledge to run a small nursery, and incorporating its setup and maintenance in recurring, interactive presentations.  Hoping to inspire a new generation of tree-conscious citizens, landscapers, foresters, horticulturalist, botanists, ecologists, and agriculturalists, we bring many aspects of tree planting to our presentations, showing how native trees serve our community and facilitating lectures by professionals in such fields.  This past growing season we have started 2500 trees at over a dozen schools.  Completing the program, students and volunteers help plant the trees they raised at projects which our organization facilitates throughout the county.
