  • 2011 Infrastructure Fund

    City of Kerman was awarded $200,000 for their Katie’s Kids Play Park project. The City of Kerman is partnering with Kerman Unified School District, KaBOOM!, and Tree Fresno to develop a park using the “NatureGrounds” design system. NatureGrounds creates parks that integrate manufactured infrastructure with living landscape. This project will connect nature and residents, helping to create a more vibrant community. Kerman has significant financial support from local and regional businesses, and enthusiastic community support, furthering their goal of providing parks within walking distance for residents.
