Calvine High School (Sacramento)

Calvine High School is one of three fully accredited continuation schools in the Elk Grove Unified School District. Established in 1991 as a new school, Calvine High was outgrowth of two former continuation high schools. This school is unique in that it is one of the few alternative schools that was specifically designed as a continuation program.

    $1,500 towards the Strawberry Creek Environmental Classroom where students engage in service learning at a local creek and apply their knowledge from field activities into cross curricular lessons in math, science, English, civics and economics.
