California Community Partners for Youth (CCPY) fosters community partnerships that create safe, accountable environments in which at-risk teens obtain the education and support they need to stay in school, and develop, articulate and achieve long-term personal and academic goals.
CCPY provides interconnected, sequential core programming that extends through the high school years, including mentoring, on-site tutoring and life-skills development, off-site community and wilderness experiences, and additional services, in a proven model based on best practices.
